If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. We require your order cancellation to be made in writing to email@example.com. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, always within the 30 day period from the day that you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the goods in full.
If you wish to return any item(s) because you have changed your mind about your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We will then issue a refund. Returned item(s) will only be accepted if they are in the original packaging and show no signs of damage or assembly. Damaged and Faulty Goods
Upon delivery of your goods, you must unwrap and inspect any item(s) fully. After inspection, in the unlikely event any goods are damaged or faulty, you MUST mark the delivery note as “Damaged”. You must contact us within 48 hours. If repair or replacement is not possible a refund will be issued. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
