The brief Elegancia Basica had for this new Beach side Ground floor apartment, was to give the outside area some al fresco living ambience from the bare look it had being a new build apartment.
We started by laying artificial grass to the main patio, and raised side patio.
The large sofa was placed in the centre of the patio facing the sun , with the two large chairs either side, the large coffee table was then placed in the middle, giving a good entertaining area.
Elegancia Basica installed a water feature, as the client was very keen on the sound of flowing water, and included artificial lemon trees, for instant colour, and easy maintenance.
One of the central garden walls was very high and plain, so we installed mature Bougainvillea plants, that have very quickly established themselves, with a mass of vibrant colour.
The side patio was converted into a Dining area, with a parasol to give protection from the sun, and easy chairs facing the garden.
The top terrace was completed with a console table and another smaller Buddha waterfall feature, two reclining chairs, and a nice lamp table / wine cooler.
